Shipping and handling (S/H) will be added to the price of the item unless the item is picked up in person. We send orders via Itella Oyj (Post Office). If extra shipping services are required, these can be added to the total. Orders over 30€ are sent with tracking service. For domestic orders over 125 euros, S/H is free of charge. Please note, if you decide to return some of the items and the total of your original order minus the returned items no longer qualify for free S/H, the S/H will be charged upon returning the items. Possible taxes and customs are the responsibility of the customer for shipment to overseas. Ordering from Huuto.net For customers purchasing through huuto.net, please inform us after you have bought or bid on an item but are still bidding on another item which closes at a later date and you would like to combine the items into a single shipment or for pick up. By informing us, we know to wait until your last item is closed before sending you a bill. Payment You can pay with cash (for pick-up only), advanced payment to our Nordea bank account (payments from Finland only), or PayPal. Please note, PayPal allows you to pay by Visa, MasterCard and American Express without a PayPal account. Minimum order when paid with PayPal is 5€. No minimum for other payment methods. Within 2-3 days from ordering, you will receive a bill or an order confirmation to your e-mail with suggestions for pick up time, if applicable. If you wish for quicker processing of your order, please notify us and we will process your order as soon as possible. If you chose the order to be shipped, the order must be paid within 14 days of receiving the bill (+2 days for inter-bank transfer or weekend delay, if applicable). For pick up, you can pay with cash or advanced payment to our account. When making payment to our account, the payment must be posted on our account before the items can be picked up. Please note, inter-bank transfers can take up to several days for processing. Shipping When we receive your payment, your order will be sent via Itella Oyj (Post Office) within two business days. You will receive an e-mail notification that your order has been shipped. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Whenever possible, we use recycled materials for packing. Pick Up Noribo does not have a brick and mortar store but we can arrange a pick up appointment at Eskolantie 9C, Helsinki. Order must be picked up and paid for within 14 days of the order date. We can arrange a pick up appointment between 9am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. Cancellation / Returns / Exchange (For domestic customers only) You can cancel your order before you receive it. After you have received the order, by The Consumer Protection Act, you have 14 days to cancel the order. Item must be unused and returned with the original packaging and any applicable papers belonging to the item. Remember to return the receipt as well. You can notify us of your returns or exchange within the aforementioned 14 days by e-mail, phone, letter or mail the item back in the usual shipping method. Before you send the item, we wish you would contact us first. We would gladly assist you in choosing the shipping method. Once we have received the returned item, we will refund the original purchase price and all shipping costs to your bank or PayPal account. You can also make an appointment to return or exchange the item in person. When returning the item in person, we can refund the item also in cash provided that the item was purchased with cash.
